Our Tenant Introduction Only (TIO) service is available to those landlords whose priority is to access online advertising through various portals, sourcing and vetting of good tenants, and to ensure full compliance with the legalities of letting out a property.

We can add an additional bolt on service to this which we call Rent Collection Only, whereby we will carry out the all the aspects of the TIO Service, leaving the day to day management of the property to yourself, but we will collect the rent for you, leaving you without the hassle of chasing rents and ensuring they are paid on time.
